We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Asian Poker Tour Store. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with no dirt, residue, or stains
- Tags must be intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
❌ We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at store@theasianpokertour.com.
Please note that APT is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor will we refund any original shipping charges.
Should the recipient reject the parcel upon delivery, the refund amount will be subject to deductions, including return shipping charges, return processing fees, clearance charges, and any applicable penalty fees incurred due to the rejection.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at store@theasianpokertour.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Self-Collection Policy (Tournament Booth Pickup)
- Orders marked for self-collection at the tournament merchandise booth are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please double-check your items before leaving the booth to ensure your order is complete and correct.
- This policy helps us maintain smooth operations during busy event periods. Thank you for your understanding.
